Heating Oil Programs 2008/2009 Season

1) RETAIL PRICE PROGRAM SPECIAL:

ALL programs are based on credit approval, automatic delivery and a commitment to purchase for an entire year. Credit account must remain in good standing at all times. You’ll never run out of oil!

We will pay YOU to buy oil from us! When you don't subscribe to a capped or fixed price program, you will pay our daily posted retail price per gal, and receive 10 FREE Gals on every delivery for (1) year per your contract and as an oil credit on your account.

2) REGULAR DELIVERY: Prices, Payment and Terms:

Retail: Payment due within ten (10) days. Our prices are posted daily.

C.O.D or Credit Card: 100 gal min delivery - 24hr. notice required

Customers who pay Cash on Delivery (COD) or make Credit Card payments prior to delivery do not require credit approval, automatic delivery or a commitment to purchase for 1 year.

3) BUDGET PLAN:

A 10 month budget plan designed to eliminate high fuel bills during the height of the winter, allowing you to spread your payments and predict your monthly expenses, so you know how much you are paying each month in heating bills and make your payments on time. We estimate your annual heating costs by multiplying your annual heating oil usage by the projected prices for the upcoming season and then we split that amount evenly into 10 month budget payments. This program starts July 15^th and ends April 15^th of each year. If you miss the starting date for budget plans, you will need to pay for the months you missed, or your payment will be higher based on the shorter amount of time you will have to budget. We must keep a credit card on file, which will be charged on the 15^th of each month, if a budget payment is due but not yet received for that month. All final budget payments are due April 15^th of each year. Your account will be reviewed monthly for cost adjustment purposes only.

4) CAPPED and FIXED Price Contracts

CAPPED PRICES: Sign-up begins on or about September 15^th of each year. CAPPED PRICES are valid ONLY for a limited time and ONLY during our annual heating season which usually runs from Nov/Dec to March/April of each year. Before and after these dates you pay RETAIL prices which are subject to daily changes based on current oil market prices.

Capped Prices are based on prior credit approval, automatic delivery, and commitment to purchase for 1 (ONE) year. DOWNSIDE PRICE PROTECTION is a premium insurance that has a membership joining fee and it protects you in case the oil prices go higher or lower - you will always pay the capped price you agreed upon. (This does not apply to fixed prices).

Liquidation fees will apply if you cancel before the end of the CAPPED PRICE contract term and conditions.

FIXED PRICES: A contract to purchase a set amount of gallons of fuel for a fixed price and during a specific time period. Payment terms APPLY as we have to purchase the fuel up-front to ensure that you have it at that fixed price.

5) PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE POLICY:

This service policy covers labor and parts and includes a FREE annual cleaning, to be done next spring after the current heating season. This policy does not cover any water or freezing problems that may already exist or occur. This policy runs from June to June of each year and it automatically rolls over into next year unless you cancel with us. This policy is not pro-rated. A Service Call without a policy costs a lot more per call and or weekend charges plus service, parts and repairs; a standard Tune Up costs $149.95.
