We are a full-service company and have specialized technicians available to attend to your urgent needs. We are available for 24 hour emergency services; if your burner or boiler breaks down at any time of night and day, we are always a phone call away.

Residential Home Heating Maintenance Plan
Our Preventive Maintenance Tune-Up, completed by our specialized technicians, consists of a 30 point check designed to keep your burner functioning at its peak and maximum efficiency. Upon completion of the tune up, you will receive a detailed description of both your unit's efficiency and a comprehensive report of our technician's recommendations.

Commercial Heating Maintenance Plan
East Coast Petroleum will provide and maintain the heating system with three (3) calls per year. One (1) call in the spring after shut down of system. One (1) call in the summer for a cleaning and tune up. One (1) call in the fall before system is started up. Upon completion of the tune up, you will receive a detailed description of both your unit's efficiency and a comprehensive report of our technician's recommendations.
