Home Heating Service Programs:

FULL SERVICE POLICY (Click here to see a copy of our service policy agreement)

  • Policy Period runs from June 1st-May 31st. Policy will automatically renew unless you cancel in writing. Policy is not pro-rated for partial year sign up.
  • Policy includes an annual cleaning and preventive maintenance tune up, over 30 parts and applicable labor. Restrictions and exclusions apply—see SERVICE POLICY AGREEMENT for details
  • Includes 24 hour, 7 day/week emergency coverage during the peak heating season (September 16th through May 14th.

TUNE UP

  • Consists of a cleaning and preventive maintenance tune up.
  • Parts required are not included and will be billed as needed.

EMERGENCY SERVICE

  • Included with FULL SERVICE POLICY as detailed in the HEATING SERVICES section
  • For non-full service policy holders, billed at our standard hourly day rate during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM) and at overtime rates (night/weekend and holiday) outside of normal business hours.
