Heating Oil Price Programs and Payment Options

NOTE: ALL NEW CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO HAVE THEIR TANKS INSPECTED PRIOR TO DELIVERY. THIS IS MANDATED BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY TO INSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE TANK AND TO PROTECT YOUR HOME AND OUR ENVIRONMENT.

Retail Price Programs

Automatic (Click here for details on Automatic Delivery) and Will Call (Click here for details on Will Call Delivery) Customers

  • Retail price is posted daily
  • Full payment is due within 10 days of delivery
  • One year commitment to buy oil required
  • 100 gallon minimum for Will Call delivery
  • Accepted payment methods
    • Pre-Approved Credit Card
    • Check (with approved credit only) or Money Order
    • Pre-delivery Cash Payment
    • Pre-delivery Money Order Payment
  • Can purchase a full service policy or an annual tune up

Budget Plan Customers (Click here for details on using a Budget Plan)

  • Retail price is posted daily
  • One year commitment to buy oil required
  • Automatic or Will Call delivery options with 100 gallon minimum for Will Call deliveries
  • Avoids high fuel payments during the winter months by estimating your annual fuel usage and spreading your payments over 10 months. This provides a predicable, consistent and more manageable payment.
  • Budget payments are required monthly (July 15-April 15). If you fail to start by the 15th of July, you must either make up the missed payments or make a higher monthly payment based on fewer months. In no case will a budget plan be permitted to start after Sept 15th)
  • A pre-approved credit card must be kept on file which will be charged on the 15th of the month if a budget payment has not been received.
  • We periodically review your monthly budget payment relative to the current oil price and market price volatility.
  • At the end of the 12 month period beginning in May and ending in April that encompasses that years budget period, any outstanding balance due must be paid within 10 days of notification. Likewise, any overpayments will be credited to the customer’s account or, at the written request of the customer, will be refunded to them.

  • Can purchase a full service policy or an annual tune up

C.O.D. Price Program

Will Call Delivery Only (Click here for details on COD Will Call Delivery)

  • COD price is posted daily
  • 100 gallon minimum for C.O.D. delivery
  • Payment is due at or prior to time of delivery- No Exceptions. You must either pre-pay, be home at the time of delivery or leave payment taped to fill pipe
  • Accepted payment methods
    • Pre-pay with a credit card PRIOR to delivery
    • Cash
    • Bank or Postal Money Order
  • Can purchase a tune up but NOT eligible for a full service policy
