Hi Leo,
It got up to 83°F today and we were ready with the Mistsubishi Mr. Slim ductless A/C. You and your team did a great job installing the unit on May 20th, just before the warm summer weather arrives.
I am emailing you today to additionally thank you for the surprise package that arrived in yesterday’s mail. You had mentioned the $50 gift card from American Express (very nice!) but all the other items like the calculator, magnifier with light, tape measure and pointer/screwdriver wre unexpected and “over the top”. Thanks!
It’s been a good experience working with you personally and the Eastline Company that markets an excellent product from Mitsubishi.
Have a nice Memorial Day weekend with your family and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice (I am a veteran), and I hope we meet again.

My experience with East Coast Petroleum was positive from beginning to end. Bill Costa came and gave a demonstration of Mr Slim (and) the three modes of operation: a/c, dehumidification and heat. He (also) designed two units to work off one compressor (so) as to keep the price down and explained the indoor/outdoor quietness/sound. Then he gave us an install date, called before coming, and installed the units efficiently and neatly—on budget and on-time with great installers.
Recently we received a call from Bill to remind us of the complimentary before-season free service where he and the tech, John, came out and did a complete inspection and cleaning.
All in all a great job done by the whole staff. I would recommend East Coast and Mr Slim to anyone and feel confident that they would enjoy the product and professional service just as I have.

I’d like to thank you and the installers for the fast installation of the Mitsubishi Mr Slim HVAC solution your company installed for my mom’s house. The work was on schedule as you had promised and the installers took care in working around my elderly mother and were extremely courteous and well mannered around her. The instruction given to her on the use of the system was well appreciated and the follow up after the install of the equipment and the prompt delivery of the warranty and rebate forms were exceptional. My mother loves the system.

I just wanted to thank you for everything. We could not be happier with our Mitsubishi Mr. Slim air conditioning unit. It runs so quietly that I can’t believe it’s on at times. We ran it night and day for most of July (one of the hottest months on record) and I could not believe how inexpensive it was to operate!
You and the folks at Eastline were great to do business with. As ours was a commercial application, it presented some unique challenges. Your team and the experts at Mitsubishi never backed down. I am so pleased with the new air conditioning units in my living room, sunroom and upstairs bedrooms — they’ve helped cool the entire house. To sing the praises of Eastline and your services in particular is to understate the incredibly professional, absolutely flawless experience with the installation (and quick repair) of my Mr. Slim unit. That unit, by the way, is humming along making my house and me very calm, cool and happy.
From the first phone call to you to your response when there was a malfunction in the unit itself, having nothing to do with the installation of the equipment, was outstanding. I am used to connecting with contractors who never show up when they say they will, never show up, or figure that whatever is wrong has nothing to do with their work or machinery but more to do with my imagination.
When the unit was only blowing air instead of cool air, you walked me through very easy potential fixes and when those didn't work, had a technician on the premises immediately.
And here was the most incredible customer experience I've ever experienced. That technician came to the house without my presence as I trusted you and Eastline fully. The windows were open because the air conditioner wasn't working. When we spoke and you told me that the unit was now fixed and operating, I was at work and was not scheduled to come home for several hours. My immediate thought was it was terrific that the air conditioner was working but that all that cool air was going out my windows.
Not to worry, you said. The technician had closed all of the windows and when I returned late that evening, everything was purring, and cool.
You and Eastline are a class and classy act and I will sing your praises to all I meet.

We would like to thank you and your excellent installation team for a job well done. The work was done in a professional manner, was of high quality, and was done in a timely manner. Now that the hot weather has arrived we have been able to enjoy the Mitsubishi "Mr. Slim" units and we have to say they live up to everything we heard about them. The units, both inside and outside, are extremely quiet and take very little time to cool the area and keep it at a comfortable level. We are very happy with these units and look forward to many years of enjoyment with them.

My experience with the purchase of the Mr. Slim air conditioning unit from Eastline, Inc could not have been better. I just want to thank you again for a job well done. We absolutely love our Mr. Slim. As promised, it is so quiet and works perfectly. It is so nice to not have those ugly window units and all that noise.
I was very impressed with the professional way you handled everything from beginning to end. From the start; (1) you came on time and thoroughly inspected the house to figure out the best way to handle the project; (2) you then took the time to explain to me how it would work; (3) you coordinated the electrician for us (one less thing for us to deal with); (4) your installation folks did a great job (very neat and made sure they cleaned up after they were done); (5) John, one of the installers explained exactly how to use the unit; (6) Bill called post-installation to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were happy with the product; and (7) Bill sent us in a very organized fashion all the paperwork necessary for the rebate and tax credit.
I would recommend Eastline to anyone. Thank you very much for your professionalism and for improving our quality of life with this excellent product.
